Días y horarios de corte

• Entrega del domingo: pide hasta el viernes a las 20:00.
• Entrega del miércoles: pide hasta el lunes a las 20:00.

Los pedidos después del corte pasan a la siguiente entrega.

Zona

Zonas habituales: Botany, Mascot, Alexandria, Zetland, Rosebery, Waterloo, Maroubra, Randwick. Si tu suburbio no está en la lista, pregúntanos antes de pedir.

Tarifa

La entrega se cobra una vez por semana y cubre las dos entregas (miércoles y domingo): si ya pagaste el envío en un pedido de la semana, el otro no paga envío. La tarifa aparece en tu caja antes de pagar.

El día de la entrega

Te avisamos cuando tu caja sale. Si no vas a estar, indica en las notas un lugar seguro y a la sombra; al dejarla ahí, la entrega se considera hecha y la comida debe refrigerarse en cuanto llegues. No dejamos cajas sin una indicación tuya.

Dirección incorrecta o nadie en casa

Revisa tu dirección y teléfono antes de confirmar. Si no podemos entregar por datos incorrectos o por ausencia sin lugar seguro, aplica la Política de reembolsos.

Retiro

También puedes elegir retiro. Te enviamos la dirección y el horario al confirmar el pedido. Lleva un bolso térmico si vas a tardar en llegar a casa.

Al recibir

Refrigera todo a 5 °C o menos y consúmelo antes de la fecha de la etiqueta (hasta 5 días desde que lo cocinamos). Más detalles en Alérgenos y seguridad alimentaria.

• Sunday delivery: order by Friday at 8 pm.
• Wednesday delivery: order by Monday at 8 pm.

Orders after the cutoff move to the next delivery.

Area

Usual areas: Botany, Mascot, Alexandria, Zetland, Rosebery, Waterloo, Maroubra, Randwick. If your suburb is not listed, ask us before ordering.

Fee

Delivery is charged once per week and covers both deliveries (Wednesday and Sunday): if you already paid delivery on an order that week, the other one has no delivery fee. The fee shows in your box before you pay.

On delivery day

We let you know when your box is on its way. If you will not be home, add a safe, shaded spot in the notes; once we leave it there, the delivery is complete and the food must be refrigerated as soon as you get home. We never leave a box without your instruction.

Wrong address or nobody home

Check your address and phone before confirming. If we cannot deliver because of incorrect details, or nobody is home and no safe place was given, our Refund Policy applies.

Pickup

You can also choose pickup. We send the address and time when we confirm your order. Bring a cooler bag if you will not be home soon.

When you receive it

Refrigerate everything at 5 °C or below and eat it by the date on the label (up to 5 days from cooking). More in Allergens & Food Safety.
